[Lnc-business] Seeking co-sponsors

I won't read any articles until I know where this is coming from. Let's
make a better resolution and include the whereas statements. That will get
me to do my research to verify those statements. Once we have a full
resolution presented, I will cosponsor and then will decide my vote after
debate. If we pass this statement with no context it will be confusing for
more people than just me.
