[Lnc-business] Executive Director Search

We have all signed NDAs. There is absolutely no reason that at a minimum,
the officers cannot be kept in the loop.
Particularly considering that a majority need to approve and there is more
than a majority being pretty annoyed at way this is being handled, this
seems like a very poor plan of action.
I once again ask for the information under an NDA. I do think the entire
LNC should be clued in but it is outrageous the officers are not. If
anyone blabs, that is cause for suspension IMHO.
