Good morning, Richard,

On the first motion: We need a new copier, badly. Our current one breaks
on a regular basis and this has a real cost in staff time. Robert has
done a great job looking for a better copier that will suit our needs,
save us time, and be cost effective.

On the second motion: We have been making great progress financially but
there is no substantial change in forecast for fundraising. I will
continue to be very leery about our adding new expenses and financial
obligations until we have built a healthy financial reserve, but based
on the info I have about our fundraising and finances, I think we can
afford that $4k. I have no opinion about changing a corresponding
fundraising/revenue line item to balance things.
