[Lnc-business] Two motions to amend the budget

The first motion seems fairly fiscally neutral if you factor in monthly
costs going away. Am I mistaken there?

The second motion is somewhat of a necessity. Has our fundraising outlook
changed or do we need to adjust another budget line to stay balanced if
this motion passes?
