[Lnc-business] Proposed Agenda - LNC Meeting March 9-10, 2019

I had raised a parliamentary inquiry on the list about the RONR timing
requirements for a person to move to retake a vote with a different method,
and whether (for the MSC and CVPC votes with OpaVote) it was necessary for
a person to move such a thing by email prior to the meeting, or whether it
would be in order to do at the meeting. And if we adopt the meeting agenda
first, does that violate the strict timing requirements in RONR because we
took up other business first? Email ballots really leave us in gray areas
on such details.
I don't recall seeing the chair give us an opinion on that yet, and now we
don't have time to conduct a full-length email ballot before the meeting.
My preference is to handle it at the meeting, but I'd like to do it in a
way that the chair believes it will be in order, even if it means taking up
a motion immediately at the call to order on Saturday.
