[Lnc-business] Proposed Agenda - LNC Meeting March 9-10, 2019

I'll add reconsideration first thing in the morning on Saturday and
take it up prior to the adoption of the agenda.
Since this is the immediate next time we have met since the vote and
we have not taken up any other substantive business, I believe it
would be in order at that point.
