Sam,

I did not, and typically do not cosponsor until others have done the same
and I see merit in the preliminary debate on both sides. Review previous
votes for verification. I'm not sure why you are calling me out when I
indicated I was undecided but wanted to vote on the manner after hearing
more debate. We simply will have to agree to disagree on what pushing
something to a vote accomplishes.

I ask that you now criticize every other person for their cosponsorship as
well instead of singling me out (you specifically asked why I would
cosponsor this but questioned nobody else in the same manner). For review,
the original cosponsor was Whitney and Caryn Ann indicated she might.

Richard Longstreth
Region 1 Representative (AK, AZ, CO, HI, KS, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY)
