[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 190331-1 Approve ED

Judging by Mr Bishop-Henchman's inquiry above (showing the EPCC has not
approved of the contract) and Ms Mattson's understandings of our policies
(where the LNC has also not approved the contract), I take this motion to
be out of order. If the contract has not been approved, why is the LNC
being asked to approve the candidate; unless it is the chair's thought to
approve the candidate prior to the contract being submitted through the
proper channels for approval? That seems backwards to me. In business, I've
always had the terms of employment finalized before hiring a candidate -
this should be no different.

Please advise. I am prepared to vote pending the procedural inquiries are
addressed and I am clear on what I am voting for.

Richard
