Ms. Mattson, I have completed the portion you noted above, but you had
indicated there was another email forthcoming.  Can you please advise?
Also I note that Mr. Philips did not post a ballot as you noted for the
MSC, only for the CVPC, which was correctly noted.  If you prefer I post
the current V3 before you next email, just let me know.
