I will take a look.  I appreciate the spreadsheets at the end, for I was
puzzled at precisely what you meant apparently.

I will also pass that along to OpaVote as something that would be helpful
to auto-generate as the current tables are too large and too graphic for
that purpose.

I confess the various secretary report versions are an issue of my own
making for trying to work catch as catch can on four different laptops.
While one thinks that versions have been adequately tracked, apparently not.

I trust you have no issue with the body of the minutes or are those still
in review?  Dr. Lark kindly sent a few notations off-list as is his
practice.


As always, your guidance and mentorship is greatly appreciated.
