This is mostly clear, let me ask for a few points of clarification:
For #3 and #6 can we just ask the candidate to affirm that they have met
these criteria?
For #4 and #5 should I will refer to the LNC to ask if a candidate's
webpage/facebook meets the criteria of functional and if their photos meet
the level of professional quality, or can LPHQ staff make that ruling.
