[Lnc-business] Director of Development

Erin, not all conversations regarding the hire of a Director of
Development are happening on this email list.  Nor, do I think they
should.  (You don't  know if you're in the minority or not.)

I can't think of a worst way to start a new position, than that of
having members of the board of the organization, make accusations of
conspiracy regarding the hire.  This is damaging to any efforts that a
recently hired fundraiser may work to do.  I won't engage in such on a
public list.   This can be discussed in executive session.
