I will be writing Ms. Sexton privately.

At the risk of further ridicule, I have autism. I am hyper aware that I
can be unintentionally blunt. My email signature is a request for help.
The public bullying and shaming is abusive and if I were a statist,
completely violative of my “civil rights.”

There is some serious education needed here about productive ways to deal
with people with my disability. EVH is completely over the top but Mr.
Bishop-Henchman’s consistent habit of reading the worst possible intent
into things I say is completely prejudicial. I’ve tried to talk to him
privately about it and he ignores every attempt.

For anyone who cares to be understanding here is some education.

https://www.crisisprevention.com/Blog/September-2012/Tips-for-Interacting-With-People-With-Autism

Point number 4 is pertinent in all communication. Number 8 is as well.

https://nationalautismassociation.org/its-not-rude-its-autism/

I am not going to stand for this abuse.

I AM NOT asking to be excused from perceived rudeness. I am asking for the
perfectly reasonable and ethical accommodation of guidance.

And no this is not a threat but I have reached out to a disability advocate
lawyer. I WILL be treated with the human dignity I deserve.

*In Liberty,*

* Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome
(part of the autism spectrum). This can affect inter-personal
communication skills in both personal and electronic arenas. If anyone
found anything offensive or overly off-putting (or some other social faux
pas), please contact me privately and let me know. *
