No, it will not. The proposed budget has revenues of $2,343,400. The
existing policy requires the submitted budget's revenues be no more than
around $1,500,000, depending on what the October 2019 revenues were,
which we don't have yet. The proposed budget has convention revenues of
$353,000, and we had no convention revenues booked for the last twelve
months since they get booked when the convention occurs. The proposed
budget has ballot access donations of $149,800, and we've received
$34,571 ballot access revenues the past twelve months. These two and
branding/political materials revenue change drastically between
odd-numbered years and Presidential-election years. We have not been in
compliance with the policy on almost all even-numbered years' budgets.
