[Lnc-business] Notice for Policy Manual Budget Motion

Richard,
The Executive Committee spent two hours going over and making changes to
the proposed budget that you see prior to last weekend's LNC meeting.
I see no problem in correcting language in the Policy Manual that has
been de facto ignored for several years as our cycle of income and
expenses has developed over the past decade or so. I would guess we
will address this prior to considering the budget so all should be good.
