[Lnc-business] Revised Proposed Agenda for November 16-17, 2019 LNC Meeting

After what has happened in the past, it is highly unlikely I’ll agree to
e-ballots. A few of us also tried to get sponsors to do committees by
emeeting to save time and were ignored. Things like that make it difficult
and do not inspire confidence to make such agreeable compromises.

If we have more business then set an electronic meeting.
