[Lnc-business] Ballots etc

Of course, Ms. Mattson - it is very typical for state alternates to resign
if they get an LNC seat.  I was just giving EVH some information as I am
not sure she heard you say that at the meeting.  You are not the loudest
person in the room ;)   It was my understanding from Mr. Robson that they
were doing the appointments at the November meeting already well in advance
regardless of the deadline.
