Have we gotten a second look by another company for competitive pricing? And if we are doing a full replacement, does that include freight, crane, install, and taxes? Also, are we getting the correct sized tonnage unit for the space?
We just spent around $14,000 for a replacement 10 tonne unit for the kitchen HVAC for one of our stores. You may have to look into electrical if that is included or will we have to contract another company to do it? Please advise.
Sincerely,

Sorry. Original plan was to replace one of two compressors to get a
couple of more years out of the HVAC system. However, the contractor
found the Freon leak was worse than anticipated and the other compressor
also had a leak. In the Director's of Operation report, he expected to
raise funds to replace the entire HVAC system and replace it by early
spring, before the weather got hot. This motion is to replace the HVAC
system now instead of waiting until spring since the blower went out
yesterday and the office has no heat. The Building Fund has sufficient
funds to go ahead and replace it now.
