Mr. Kraus got the price down to $13,995 from an original estimate of up
to $20k. I believe it's a 7.5 ton unit. Price includes crane,
installation, and permits.

Mechanical Scope:
Install one Roof top unit in the original location and supply one custom
made curb for the new roof top unit to
be installed upon. Install one economizer per code. Weatherproof all new
connections and mastic seal the duct
connections. We will adapt the new roof top unit to the existing
utilities and sleeve the line voltage wiring in new liquid
tight material. Mount a new weatherproof disconnect and supply mounting
brackets. Provide one electrical heater
package and install with a fusible disconnect. Install one matching
thermostat with a lock box option.

Crane is included in the cost below as well with All permitting.

* Plaster, Drywall, Carpentry and Painting are not included. They will
be extra if required.
