*And as you know, I am already working with several state chairs on
finalizing a 2020 delegation and delegation chair manual. The ones I
create can be used and edited freely by any successor, with the Word copies
in the Party archives. *
*Nearly every chair I spoke to believed your prior manual was "official"
and part of the party documents. I have not taken a look at what you
attached since I already have my own to be sent (pending some commentary I
requested from state chairs), please make it clear that this is your
personal project and not produced within the scope of your elected position
because that was not clear before.*
*I personally think it is a bad look for you to send out a 2020 version
when I have already been working on one with the state chairs being well
aware of that fact, but that is your choice. Personally, I think people
will read something into that that neither of us would want and would not
be good for the Party. But obviously you can do so, I just ask you to
consider the impression that will give.*
*This can be avoided if you agree to turn over this manual to the Party and
allow me to edit and pass on with all of the names added. I only resorted
to doing my own because I have information I want to impart and you
declined letting me build on the prior one.*
*In Liberty,*
* Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome
(part of the autism spectrum). This can affect inter-personal
communication skills in both personal and electronic arenas. If anyone
found anything offensive or overly off-putting (or some other social faux
pas), please contact me privately and let me know. *
