[Lnc-business] previous notice - the policy manual project

Does the Ad Hoc Policy Manual Project Committee intend to present a 
motion prior to the meeting for LNC review?  Maybe we can get a large 
number of the agreed upon changes down quickly so we don't get bogged 
down in sausage making during the meeting.
