[Lnc-business] previous notice - the policy manual project

Sam,
Yes, that first section at the top will presumably be the bulk motion. I
see from what Ms. Harlos sent me that we have a lot of agreement in that
second section also. I am speaking at an event today and traveling. Within
the next few days I will send an update merging many items from section 2
into section 1 for the bulk motion, but at least you have them all in front
of you now for review.
The items in the third section I think need to be pondered in separate
motions, not in bulk. And anything from section 2 which doesn’t between now
and Reno move into section 1 may be ultimately taken up separately, but I
really think that won’t be much.
I do not intend to move any items beyond those listed in yesterday’s file.
Ms. Harlos will likely separately move other items from her original
proposals on which we did not agree.
