RONR page 409 concerning voting, "2) by rising - used ... and in voting
on motions requiring a two-thirds vote for adoption;
3) by show of hands - an alternative method that can be used in place of
a rising vote in very small assemblies..."
Never seen this enforced. I suspect the authors figure determining
whether twice as many said "aye" than "nay" is hard to tell.
