[Lnc-business] General thoughts on this whole convention issue

I'm not sure that jibes with Article 14, Section 1, which says,
"Nominations of candidates for President and Vice-President of the
United States may be made only at the Regular Convention immediately
preceding a Presidential election."
The LNC can fill a vacancy created by the death or resignation of a
nominee, but I read the bylaws as that the initial nomination can be
done only at a convention.
