Mr Longstreth, I am not chair and this is an adjourned meeting. That makes
a very big difference. It is no different than recess. The chair cannot
maintain impartiality when in the midst of a meeting he is trying to flip
votes.
It is a paused meeting not a concluded one. The Chair’s behaviour is
improper.
EVH I have encouraged the parties with first hand information to bring it
to the LNC. I have some phone calls this afternoon to firm up questions I
have to see if I feel confident
