I also wanted to tack Bylaw Article 10.4.e onto my email, which is about
how list changes are handled after the final Credentials Committee meeting:
"By seven-eighths vote, the Convention may approve additional delegates and
alternates whose names and addresses are submitted to the Credentials
Committee during the Convention."
