[Lnc-business] Appeal the ruling of the chair

Given the Chair's clarification at the econvention, I would like to turn
this appeal over to the body and no longer be considered a sponsor. Thank
you for making it clearer to us Mr. Sarwark as there was a certain level of
confusion.
