[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200524-01: Authorize Signing of Orlando Contract

Richard,

You will have to take my word for it since he express that thought to me
in a private telephone conversation about two weeks ago. And this
motion does not preclude the Chair from signing the final version of the
contract if he changes his mind. I am not advocating removing him from
office and would have to do very hard thinking before I voted for such
an extreme measure.

The time to sign is not yet ripe and the chair indicated he will not be in attendance, not that he will not sign.
