[Lnc-business] Removal of Convention Oversight Committee Chair

That is your right as chair although I do echo the notes of Mr. Phillips.
The timing seems odd to me but our rules are fairly clear on this.
In the court of public opinion, I hope the LNC as a whole is not judged,
for better or worse, by the seemingly unilateral decision here. I also hope
this does not hurt contract negotiations or delay our process in anyway.
The delegates want us to wrap this up so that we can tackle whatever the
next issue is and, more importantly, focus on some of the campaigns up for
election in November including our own POTUS run.
