Please note Bette Rose & I have operated in very good faith to get us
the very best deal possible. Bette Rose is in the process of getting the
copy of the contract to the COC right now. We only just minutes ago took
care of this & Bette Rose is sending it to those that ask. Thank you
very much for your patience! This is the most favorable to us contract
I've seen in 15 plus years of doing this. You will be proud of what
Bette Rose is going to send you for sure! The Rosen team has already
agreed to the terms BTW.
In Liberty,
Robert
