[Lnc-business] Response to Appeal from the Ruling of the Chair - Fwd: Appointments to Convention Oversight Committee

The convention parliamentarian agrees with the interpretation offered by
Ms. Mattson and myself.  It is clearly not against the plain language and
nor dilatory.  Was that just an observation or are you ruling the appeal
out of order?
