[Lnc-business] Forwarding a message for Ms. Ryan

Nick, I never saw this communication come from Ms. Ryan. Her regional
representative couldn't have shared something that was not received. Our
email loses things regularly and we have been bombarded with emails. Thank
you for sharing now and my apologies to Ms. Ryan if the fault was mine.
