[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200606-1 AMEND POLICY MANUAL 2.04.3

I'd appreciate it if the LNC Secretary would stop replying with
arguments against other LNC member's votes, and statements, in ballot
threads.  If arguments need to be made, create another thread.
