[Lnc-business] A/V Contract for the National Convention Executed

I will await receiving a copy of an executed contract before I join a
request to cancel the meeting. I hope we can do that, as I have other
things I'd like to do with my Saturday. Is there some reason the chair is
not signing, since the dollar amount of the contract is too large for a
staff member to sign?

The chair has known that this contract was in the works, and that it needed
to be executed promptly. I don't understand any reason for him to complain
about us sending emails insisting that it happen. The chair has certainly
urged several of us on the LNC this term to resign if we were unhappy with
our job requirements.

It's also interesting for the LNC chair to travel and participate in public
protests while he has recently argued that it's irresponsible for us to
have an in-person convention.

I will also note that supporters of Mr. Sarwark on social media seemed to
have ready access to drafts of the convention contract during its
negotiation.
