[Lnc-business] Can we put out a poll to the delegates who voted for an in person convention

I mean it is "not" about regional state chairs.  It was a decision made by
delegates in convention.  Neither we, nor chairs, have the right to
overrule them as long as going the thing is possible.  Only they can
overrule themselves.
