[Lnc-business] Can we put out a poll to the delegates who voted for an in person convention

I believe we MUST do this.  No one here has this authority to usurp the
will of the delegates.  NO ONE.  And if the delegates want to cancel no one
has the right to force them.  It cuts both ways but I cannot think of any
valid reason to oppose this.  It could be sent out within the hour.  Any
delay is our own making.
