[Lnc-business] Can we put out a poll to the delegates who voted for an in person convention

[Daniel Fishman]

What I plan to send. I think the attendance question is important.  I will
close the poll at midnight 3:am Eastern. I tried to gracefully incorporate
the "rescind" language.
