[Lnc-business] Update: E-MAIL BALLOT: Hinkle motion to purchase a building

In response to your question below regarding Dr. Lieberman's vote, my vote
does indeed supersede his, since he serves as my first alternate in our
double region.  However, he also serves as Brett Pojunis' second
alternate.  Therefore, if neither Brett nor Audrey Capozzi end up casting a
vote, Dr. Lieberman's vote will count along with mine.
