Starchild - I believe I am the Chair, and you are not, and I have given the
same kind of notice to others, although not necessarily on this list.

I suggest you take the effort to cut & paste the motion only portion, and
argue for it separately, unless you want to take the ten day effort to
challenge my ruling via another mail ballot.

Geoff,

	I believe "electronic mail ballots" refers to just the official
email sent out by the secretary that gives notice a vote is underway, since
until a motion is sponsored by enough LNC members to be voted on, it is not
a "ballot".
