[Lnc-business] draft minutes of 7/24/14 EC meeting

I've received a request from an EC member to change the
primary-use-is-a-noun word "loan" to the verb "lend" in the fifth paragraph
on page 2.

My hunch is that even though we're in the auto-approval phase of these
minutes, nobody will insist that I bump back the auto-approval date if I
change that word. You might be more annoyed at the time it took you to
even read this message, but I don't want to be accused of sneakily changing
the motion during the vote, so I'm telling you what I'm doing.

Unless I hear an EC member object, I'll just wave the magic wand and change
that one word in the version that will be posted as approved after August
9th.
