Plus, in Phoenix we're much less likely to have a massive winter weather
issue as happened in Dallas in Dec 2013.  February in Oklahoma City has a
greater chance of travel problems for the incoming flights.  I would add
that to my previous point about accomplishing an actual future business
need of touring convention facilities in Phoenix.
