[Lnc-business] Gun Rights/Watch List Resolution - seeking co-sponsors

I think the biggest difference between the gun laws and the drug laws is
that the status quo is different.  Drug laws have (most) of the momentum in
the right direction, the only question is how far we'll go.  On guns, the
most libertarian outcome among the likely possibilities is standing still.

This is at least worth full discussion and consideration.  I'll cosponsor.
