[Lnc-business] Gun Rights/Watch List Resolution - seeking co-sponsors

Sam that is not the only purpose but to counter views of the current
administration and that party's candidate.
I have no issue with the proposed change and am not sure how email
amendments work. I am not convinced it is necessary but if that is what it
took, I am not looking to quibble.
