[Lnc-business] September meeting, prior to asking for co-requestors

This is, in part, why I didn't think goals was a good topic for the
electronic meeting. The other part is closely related, though - I just
don't think the online environment is conducive to the type of discussion
we seem to want to have on goals. In addition to what Alicia pointed out,
there's just something uncomfortable about sitting in front of the computer
and having a meeting, something different from what happens in a physical
meeting. Maybe it's the way your camera and headphones keep you from
getting up and walking around the room, maybe it's the artificial feel, I'm
not sure. In any case, I strongly agree that we should keep it to 1-2
hours. I'd rather we take up business that needs real discussion but can
be completed reasonably quickly, such as your transparency proposal, rather
than something like goals. Just my $.02 though.
