Caryn Ann,
For meeting minutes, I defer to the Secretary about what to post and
what is official.
So, for the 1989-2003 minutes you mention below, I suggest discussing
them with Secretary Mattson, and perhaps sending to her what you have
and asking her to send them to me to be posted. Any time is fine.
Thanks for your assistance retrieving historical minutes.
