[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-06: Move Archive Records to CO

I vote no.

I think the intended task is different from what is described by the
motion, and I think it's outside the historic preservation scope.

Perhaps the LNC needs to discuss this in more detail before making a
decision.

Since the email ballot has already started, it's going to play out as a
yes/no result.  If our preference is to address it in person, we should
vote no on the email ballot for now, and nothing prevents the same motion
from being renewed in Pittsburgh.  Abstaining does not accomplish a
postponement; it merely reduces the number of people making the yes/no
decision.
