[Lnc-business] Biased Resumes

Is there a word processor available, including online word processors, that
don't export as pdfs?

As the name suggests, pdf is a portable document format, doc is not.  If we
accept doc files, we will prejudice those using a different version than
ours, where the format may be lost or modified, or symbols omitted or
replaced by defaults.

In any case, I don't think the format of files accepted for resumes is a
board concern.
