[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

I will say once again there was no bad faith but everyone knows it was a
grand show of political theater —- I’ll rule this way —- wink wink —— and
you’ll appeal me.....

The delegates were led to one outcome.

Why were they not offered a mail ballot? Or a quick voice or standing vote
to find majorities?

And how can anyone be said to make an informed choice beforehand not
knowing the ultra slim margin of up to only one vote??

I submit we had no right to “call” the at large election without an audit.

This whole thing is wrong - it isn’t above reproach.

I was being cowed into just settling. Thank you Erin for speaking up so
that I know I’m not alone here.

I will say once again there was no bad faith but everyone knows it was
a grand show of political theater —- I’ll rule this way —- wink wink ——
   and you’ll appeal me.....

The delegates were led to one outcome.

Why were they not offered a mail ballot? Or a quick voice or standing
   vote to find majorities?

And how can anyone be said to make an informed choice beforehand not
knowing the ultra slim margin of up to only one vote??

I submit we had no right to “call” the at large election without an
   audit.

This whole thing is wrong - it isn’t above reproach.

I was being cowed into just settling. Thank you Erin for speaking up
so that I know I’m not alone here.

And I am getting more rankled that my reasonably pointing out that an
independent audit is needed led to an attack on my motives because I
   won my race.
I’m not sorry for winning and I won’t be attacked for asking reasonable
   questions.
