[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

I would have spoken up sooner but do to a tooth extraction gone bad 
followed by a hospitalization I have been unable to respond. I sit here 
with half of my face swollen and still sick fighting for a solution that 
does not disregard our delegates none the less
