 That’s not collectivist. That’s simply taking a vote and abiding by it, which is how we operate.   
  
  
  
 We all have an equal vote (well, not alternates 😂🤷‍♀️) and we can exercise it without claiming to speak for a larger group of people whose preferences/needs we think we know.

   That’s not collectivist. That’s simply taking a vote and abiding by it,
   which is how we operate.
